Auta Super is a leading seller of luxury cars, focusing primarily on the quality of service and the customer experience when selecting a vehicle.
The client requested the creation of a 1:1 digital replica of their showroom, including digital twins of their best-selling vehicles. Customers would be able to interact with these vehicles from the comfort of their homes, anywhere in the world, allowing them to experience the emotions associated with each car. Additionally, the solution needed to enable real-time communication with a sales representative, who could guide customers to the ideal vehicle based on their individual requirements.
Furthermore, Auta Super owns a dedicated space for customizing purchased vehicles — AS Performance. However, customers often find it challenging to imagine the extent to which their vehicles can be individualized.
We created a perfect replica of the showroom, featuring key car models directly linked to the client’s data storage and inventory system. In addition to free navigation within the virtual showroom and unlimited interaction with selected cars, customers can use the platform to communicate in real-time with an Auta Super representative. The platform also facilitates car financing, reservations, and lead submission for purchase inquiries.
Additionally, we designed a VIP salon for the presentation of exclusive cars, accessible only to invited clients. This immersive experience allows clients to explore vehicles not yet seen on the road and to request custom orders directly within this environment.
AS Performance - we digitized key products and services of this division, enabling customers to virtually "bring" their car into the "Performance" workshop. In real-time, they can apply available customizations directly to the digital twin of their vehicle. The customized car can then be displayed in augmented reality (AR) at a 1:1 scale in their living room or garage with just one click. From there, the list of products and services can be ordered directly.
