Pegas-Gonda is a leading Czech manufacturer of industrial saws, selling its products worldwide.
The client has a large portfolio of high-volume products that are difficult to sell without personal interaction. Each product offers numerous additional configurations, which are challenging for sales representatives to effectively present to customers. Due to the products’ large dimensions, configuring manufacturing lines requires many hours of redrawing technical schematics for individual customers, which are then used to address requirements such as maneuvering space.
In an architecturally beautiful environment inspired by Pegas-Gonda’s brand and philosophy, we created realistic digital twins of their key products. These digital twins include all necessary information and can be configured individually according to strict manufacturing logic. With a single click, the configured machine can be placed directly at the intended site, including a visualization of its maneuvering zones. The platform also allows for the immediate generation of technical schematics, which can then be easily sent to a selected customer anywhere in the world via a QR code. This enables the customer to continue their purchasing journey directly on their own device, all the way to the final order.
